At No.3 Fine Jewelry, I worked as the Marketing & Design Associate. Among the small team I wore many hats. I managed all e-commerce aspects which included new product uploads, consisting of product photography, copywriting descriptions in the No.3 voice, all website maintenance, and design choices. I created engaging content, both paid and organic posts, and managed the No.3 Fine Jewelry Instagram accounts @no3.shop and @thefuturefine. Conceptualizing, managing, and designing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid advertising, email, social media, and print materials then analyzing and reporting on the data to guide my creative solutions was part of my day to day.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
I managed all e-commerce aspects which included new product uploads. Weekly, I was charged with creating beautiful and captivating product photography that I would upload to our site, ShopNo3.com. After editing each photo in both Lightroom and Photoshop to adjust lighting, metal color, stone clarity/color, I would then create copy utilizing the No.3 voice and brand tone to accurately detail the jewelry piece, give exact specifications of stones and materials, and share about the designer.
EMAIL MARKETING
Ideating, scheduling, planning, designing, and sending email campaigns was a large part of my weekly tasks at No.3. Aiming for 2-3 emails a week, these campaigns targeted segmented customer groups to share important shop information about trunk shows, booking appointments, and store sales, but also focused on sharing trends, new arrivals, and information about our designers.
@SHOPNO3
Instagram for the company was a huge marketing opportunity to get people into our shop and to eventually convert sales. Not only do we share the fashion necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings that we carry in the shop, but we also showcase beautiful custom engagement rings and pieces, our client's proposal pictures, and information about what is going on in our shop.
UGC PHOTOGRAPHY
Along with creating high quality product photography, UGC photography to include on our website, emails, and social media was incredibly important to show customers what these pieces could look like on them.
HOLIDAY SHOOT
Our holiday photoshoot consisted of ideating through a Pinterest board, creating shot lists, pulling fashion jewelry we wanted to promote, communicating with our prop designer, prepping clothes for the shoot, communicating with our model, and then I shot everything on an iPhone to lean into the UGC style of photography that we love to promote on our social media pages. These photos were then used for email marketing campaigns, social media organic posts, targeted ads, and website hero images.
TARGETED ADS
Along with creating organic social media posts, I also created targeted ads through Meta. These ads brought in new clients and followers.
