At Allbirds, I worked as a Graphic Designer on the Retail Design Team working with creative directors, brand designers, copywriters, project managers, and many other talented creatives. There, I was responsible for assisting on many production design projects, while also being able to contribute my ideas to broader projects. I worked on projects which promoted the brand's mission of sustainability and doing better for the planet. These projects included updating apparel tags, labels, signage, email campaigns, retail layout mockups, brand decks, Instagram stories & more. While on the Retail Design team we were constantly thinking about how to further improve the Allbirds customer experience in retail stores in the US, but also across the world. 
Allbirds x Adidas
While on the retail team, the Allbirds x Adidas collab was launched. I was tasked with using our assets to create in-store posters for the launch. Along with this project came lots of problem-solving, because the only assets we had were for small social media screens, I was able to tweak, illustrate and design posters that were on brand and aligned with the unique shoe's brand guidelines.
Letter Board
While working with the brand font, Geograph, I was responsible for creating each unique letter board card. With a pristine eye for typography, I was hyper-focused on tracking and how each letter interacted with one another. In the end, I decided on a 9-character long and 9-row wide letter board.
Underwear Fixture Signage
I lead the 2D design of a fixture for in-store underwear shopping. This fixture displayed one of each of our underwear products and allowed customers to see and feel the products and then ask a store associate for help to find their size and preferred color. Along with this project came many iterations, team meetings, and problem-solving. Below you can find the final solution.
In-Store Signage
In-Store Signage consisted of material tiles for each shoe style, special product launch posters, decals for collaborations, templates for retail events, and holiday launches and sales. These signs, posters, and decals remained on-brand while being fun and playful & communicating important information to the Allbirds' customer.

Holiday Discount Signage
Apparel & Footwear Packaging
Weekly, I worked on packaging updates which included Pantone color swatching, updating copy, inputting product illustrations, and making sure all files were ready to send off to vendors for print.

New Store Window Frosting & Barricades
While opening a new storefront, Allbirds incorporates product photography in their windows to promote the brand while also hiding the construction within the store. I created window designs for new stores opening across the US that displayed colorful and fun footwear to incite future customers and promote job openings.
Planograms
I created Planograms for the retail team which consisted of mock-ups of the floor plans that were shared and delivered in decks to create a visualization for all team members to understand which merchandise would be used and where within each specific Allbirds store.
Instagram Content
I was responsible for creating Instagram Stories for both the @allbirds and @allbirdsjapan. These stories captured the new run apparel collection and explained how they were better for the planet because they were made with better materials and low carbon footprints. 
Along with Instagram Stories, my designs were featured on @allbirdsjapan here. Along with focusing on typography layout while interacting with product photography, I also did photo retouching.
Retail Emails
Emails for new store openings were a big way to get the word out to our pre-existing email list of customers. These emails were geographically targeted to Allbirds customers near new store locations. The emails provided information about grand openings, store hours and location, and gave a sneak peek at the fun and exciting store interiors.
